So why do we charge a Last Month’s Deposit?
Because we have NO contracts and NO minimum terms!!
As an independent-ISP we believe “you”, the user, should be free to move your telecommunication services to any company without penalty or limits, at any time.
So in lieu of a contract, we charge the First and Last month’s fees upfront,(pro-rated the first month to move your billing cycle to 1st of each month), and then just bill you monthly thereafter on the 1st of each month.
Should you ever decide to leave us, just let us know, and your services will terminate at the end of the next calendar month, with NO further charges to your account,(we use your last month’s deposit to arrange the orderly shutdown of your services with the corresponding Telco and/or CableCO).
In 30+ years selling services, we have NEVER asked any of our users for more then a one (1) month commitment, and never will!
